Founder of the firm, Mr. Manish Thukral graduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990.
Mr Thukral has over 25 years of experience helping corporates in strategic planning, financial management, implementation of their strategic plans and ensuring growth in shareholder value.
Mr Thukral has helped in implementing structured and innovative systems, processes and controls for companies, targeted to produce strong and sustainable results. He has helped organizations implement ERP Systems where he has been involved from the beginning, starting with mapping of business requirements, reviewing functional specifications, design testing, development, training to users and finally helping it “Go Live”. These ERP systems have resulted in increased efficiency and productivity in the organizations leading to huge cost efficiencies.
Mr Thukral has also advised companies take various strategic initiatives including those pertaining to mergers and acquisitions. He has been involved in reviewing proposals, negotiations with potential acquirers, review of term sheets, structuring of transactions and closure of deals culminating with execution of shareholder agreements.
Mr Thukral has worked closely with various financial institutions to organize long term and short term funding for multiple organizations.
